Good location. Just by Luxembourg train station (underground so no noise).
Make sure you are fit enough to carry your luggage to your room in the 3rd floor by stairs as it looks more like a 5th floor...

The location is very convenient for business in the eu district. It has wireless internet at no extra fee.
It is a 19th century building not restructured.Very noisy. Room impossible to obscure at night (only thin courtains) so light keeps entering from the street all night. Bed and pillow not confortable at all. Reception (just a desk in a corner) closes at midnight. Staff not very kind. Breakfast poor and bad, not value for the 6 eur it costs.

Nice quiet hotel for a short stay. Bus stop to the airport is just in few walking minutes. For this price it's a perfect choise.
From your room you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel, the walls are really thin. The room and the bathroom are very small, but if you gonna stay there for just a couple of days it's okay. The hotel is not very close to the city centre.

The value for money at Hotel Du Parlement was incredible. The cozy rooms in the chic, old building with high ceilings were charming and well-heated. The location was perfect for meetings in the European quarter and conveniently close to a metro station. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English.
The breakfast choices could be improved with a wider variety of options.

* Good location in walking distance to the eu institutions. * Free Internet. * Breakfast included (coffee/tea, pastry, bread, jam, butter).
* Brussels is an expensive place, so >100 EUR/night for this hotel may be the price, but travellers used to hotels in other places may nevertheless be somewhat disappointed by the standard they get. * Room had large windows but only very thin & flimsy curtains that did not keep out the daylight (in June it gets light very early). * On the other hand, the curtain in the shower was dark and light-proof, so there one could hardly see anything as there was no light in the shower itself.

I only liked the location, as this is very close to the European Parliament, indeed,
If you are given a room on the top floor, then don`t expect to sleep at night: there are pigeons on the roof which make a terrible noise. Also, the room I was given was extremely small and not comfortable at all. The bathroom needs improvements as well.

The room was spacious and had a ncie comfortable bed and chair to sit in to watch the lcd tv. There was also a nice en-suite shower room.
The continental breakfast was pretty sparse with the bread rolls very hard and I was only offered one small cup of coffee.
